Response times
- Corrections: 1–3 business days
- DMCA: 1–3 business days for acknowledgement; action varies based on completeness
- Privacy: up to 30 days (statutory window for GDPR/CCPA)
- General / press / tips: best effort, typically within a week
We’re a small team. We read every email; replies depend on whether a reply is needed.
Where we don’t take comments
- We don’t have a comments section on articles
- We don’t run a Discord / Telegram / IRC for the site
- We don’t accept anonymous tips through forms
- We don’t have a phone line
These are all deliberate. We’re a content site, not a community platform. The Dusk team’s official Discord is run by them — that’s where Dusk-specific community discussion happens, not here.
Reporting bugs in Dusk
Dusk Port doesn’t develop Dusk. Bug reports for Dusk should go to:
- Dusk GitHub issues
- TwilitRealm Discord (run by the Dusk team)
We can update our /dusk/known-issues page based on issues filed publicly, but we don’t relay individual bug reports.

Submitting a tip
If you’ve found something that could become an article — a new bug, a new mod, a clever Steam Deck tweak, a benchmarks-with-numbers post we missed — send it to tips@duskport.com. Brief is fine; we’ll follow up if we need more.
We don’t pay for tips, but we credit sources where appropriate.

Mailing address
We don’t have a public mailing address. For DMCA requirements that require one, see /dmca for the email-based process.
What to include in your message
To get a faster response:
- Subject line: brief and specific
- The page: if your message is about a specific article, include the URL
- The version: if it’s about Dusk-specific information, mention the Dusk version (currently v1.0.0)
- The platform: if it’s about install / known issues, mention your platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, Steam Deck, Android, iOS)
- Sources: if you’re correcting a fact, link to the source proving the correction
We don’t need elaborate framing or politeness. Get to the point — we appreciate it.
